Hi, I’m an engineer-turned-designer with a passion for art, crafts, and painting. My design journey began 8 years ago, and since then, I’ve been growing as a dedicated Sr. User Experience and Product Designer.
Over the years, I’ve worked on a wide range of B2B and B2C projects, including freelancing opportunities that allowed me to explore diverse industries. With a strong focus on AI-based SaaS platforms, enterprise tools, and finance products, I bring hands-on expertise in crafting intuitive and impactful designs for complex systems.
I also enjoy mentoring aspiring designers and have helped several friends successfully transition into the design field. For me, design is not just about aesthetics but about solving real problems and delivering meaningful experiences.

As the first Product Designer, I built and designed the Avoma design system from its basic version. Led the end-to-end design of web, desktop, and mobile projects, ensuring a seamless UX.
Collaborated closely with the CEO, PMs, and developers, while managing a team of two designers and interns.
Conducted thorough research and requirement analysis to address customer challenges, delivering thoughtful design solutions.
Enhanced user journeys by simplifying application flows, incorporating user-friendly illustrations, and introducing new features grounded in UX research.
Created help documents with clear illustrations, and contributed to marketing designs and videos as needed.
Product Features
Solely led the development of key features, including Avoma Scheduler, Scorecards, AI Chatbot, Smart Playlists, Search & Advanced Filters, and Trial Onboarding from scratch.
Enhanced features such as AI Note-taking, Meeting Assistant, Revenue Intelligence, and Conversation & Usage Intelligence dashboards.
UX Methodologies
Researched user behavior and interviewed the sales team to understand their workflows, which was instrumental in refining the AI Chatbot requirements.
Led rebranding efforts by researching color psychology, defining the brand’s color palette and theme to align with Avoma’s four core features.
