The difference between "Manual" & "AI" scorecards is that, AI scorecards are to auto-score conversations. So there will be "Rule Engine" to filter the conversations based on available filters for conversations. So there will be a section called "Auto-Scoring Rules". The Scorecard info & Questions section remains as it is

Also, in AI scorecards, there is option to import the questions in scorecards from a standard library having predefined answers.

We are showing the same info on above cards I feel it does not make sense. We can show high level stats in the cards above like
1. Total number of evaluation forms (Show % of growth as compared to last week)
2. Average questions within each scorecard form

Q. Is this the score of the team the user belongs to? What will this look like if the user does not belong to any team what will this look like?



It's a good idea to capture the time spent on coaching. Capture this time from the backend (Scoring + commenting) on the meeting. Also know how much time out customers are spending.

In the table below I feel we should add a few more things
1. Serial no
2. Scorecard form name || no of Questions (Hover to show the preview of the questions from this scorecard)
3. Total Conversations scored (Show help text: Conversations scored under that scorecard)
4. Average score (Show % of growth as compared to last week) (Show help text: Average score for that scorecard)
5. Name of Teams using the scorecard (show titles) (Sales, CS, etc)
6. Highest score (hover to show the meeting details and open in new tab CTA)
7. Last 5 scores +More (Where I can hover over each score for meeting details and hover over more to see the list view of 20 more meetings with scores)
8. Date Last Used
